Shipping Policy

General Shipping Guidelines
  • Orders will be ship out within 2 to 3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on Sundays are processed on Monday or the next business day.
  • Packages returned to the TechTrance due to incorrect shipping or contact information may be given a PARTIAL REFUND only (shipping fee and debit/credit card or any other payment platform fees are excluded).
  • For non-COD orders, orders are only packed and shipped once payment has been confirmed.
  • During promo periods such as 10.10 and 11.11, order processing time may take longer than usual
  • Orders placed during Sundays and holidays will be processed the next available business day. 
  • Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the courier service. Please take note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
  • All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.
  • Orders may be placed on hold for further verification if information provided by customer is found to be incorrect or fraudulent and/or the order total exceeds Php 2,000.
  • In case an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order will be cancelled and a refund issued for non-COD orders.
  • For special requests or specific shipping courier request, please leave a note in the message to seller part of your checkout page. We may consider your request depending on the courier company.
  • We are not liable for any lost or damaged items or packages due to courier service fault. Orders that are tagged as delivered are also not eligible for non-receipt claims by the customer (make sure to provide complete address to ensure delivery)
  • We are not be liable for broken/damaged tempered glass items during shipment. (all items are packed with bubble-wrap)
  • Orders that have incomplete details, suspicious or possibly fake may be cancelled by TechTrance at any time without prior notice.

 

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet been shipped out, you may request for a cancellation by contacting us at store@techtrance.co
  • Cancellation processing may take up to 72 hours
  • Refunds processing time will depend on the payment method selected. For debit and credit cards, this may take upto a few months depending on the card issuer/issuing bank.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. TechTrance does not accomodate returns due to change of mind.

 

Shipping Tracking Number Request

  • Your tracking number will be sent to you after your order is shipped. In case we fail to send you the tracking details, you may contact us via chat or email us at store@techtrance.co to request your order tracking number.
