Refund policy

TechTrance provides a limited 7 day warranty for items purchased from its flagship retail website techtrance.com.ph. The limited warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Issues cause by misuse, abuse, mishandling or any other customer fault issues are not covered by the warranty. The cost of return will be reimbursed by TechTrance only in the cases covered by the limited warranty. All returns and repairs are subject to verification by TechTrance.
